    Activity Log#

    Agency Plan Feature#

    The Activity Log provides a complete audit trail of every action taken in your LemWatch workspace.

    What's Logged#

  1. Site actions — Site added, edited, deleted, checks triggered
  2. Alert actions — Alerts acknowledged, dismissed, settings changed
  3. Team actions — Members invited, roles changed, members removed
  4. Settings changes — Notification preferences, billing changes, integrations connected/disconnected
  5. Report actions — Reports generated, exported, scheduled

    6. Viewing the Log#

  6. Go to Activity from the sidebar
  7. Browse the chronological feed of all actions
  8. Filter by:
  9. User — See actions by a specific team member
  10. Action type — Focus on specific categories (site, alert, team, etc.)
  11. Date range — Narrow to a specific time period
  12. Site — See all actions related to a specific site

    13. Log Details#

    Each entry shows:

  13. Who — The team member who performed the action
  14. What — The specific action taken
  15. When — Timestamp with timezone
  16. Where — Which site or entity was affected
  17. Details — Additional context (old/new values for changes)

    18. Retention#

    Activity logs are retained for:

  18. Pro: 30 days
  19. Agency: 90 days
  20. Enterprise: 365 days
