    Team Presence & Online Status#

    Agency Plan Feature#

    See at a glance which team members are currently online and actively monitoring your sites.

    How It Works#

  1. Team member avatars appear in the sidebar with status indicators
  2. Green dot — Currently active in LemWatch
  3. Yellow dot — Idle (no activity in 5+ minutes)
  4. Grey dot — Offline

  5. Know who's available to respond to incidents
  6. Avoid duplicate work when multiple team members are online
  7. Coordinate shift handoffs with confidence
  8. Identify coverage gaps during off-hours

  11. Incident view — See who else is looking at the same incident

  12. Presence is only visible to members of your organisation
  13. Individual team members can set themselves as "Away" manually
  14. Activity details (which pages they're viewing) are not shared
