    Discord alerts for website monitoring

    Quick answer

Can Lemwatch send uptime monitoring alerts in Discord?

Lemwatch sends downtime and site-health alerts to a Discord channel through a channel webhook, colour-coded by severity. It works on every plan, including free, with no message cap.

    How to set it up

What you need: A Discord channel webhook URL from Server Settings, Integrations, Webhooks.

    1. In Discord, open Server Settings, then Integrations, then Webhooks, and create a webhook on the channel you want.
    2. Copy the webhook URL.
    3. Paste it into the Discord field in Lemwatch notification settings.
    4. Send a test alert to confirm the channel is right, then save.

    What the alert contains

Alerts arrive as embeds coloured by severity — red for down, amber for degraded or expiring certificates, green for recovery — with the failing URL, status code and response time.

    What Lemwatch watches

Every alert that reaches Discord comes from the same checks: uptime and response time, SSL and domain expiry, DNS changes, broken links, visual and content changes, Core Web Vitals and SEO regressions. You choose which of them are worth interrupting the channel for.

You can run several at once — chat for the team, on-call paging for the serious ones, a webhook for everything else.
