Suppress non-critical alerts during off-hours. Held alerts still appear in the inbox with a scheduled delivery time.
Suppress non-critical alerts during specified hours (e.g., 10 PM – 7 AM).
How to set up:
Important: Critical alerts (site down, security vulnerability) are never suppressed — they always come through.
When an alert is held back by quiet hours it does not disappear. We write a suppressed row into the Alerts Inbox so you can see exactly what was held, why, and when it will be delivered. The reason label reads "Quiet hours active" and the row shows a scheduled-for time. See Suppressed alerts in the inbox for the full list of reasons.
Control how often you receive alerts:
Choose based on your monitoring volume. If you monitor 50+ sites, daily digest prevents inbox overload for non-urgent items. Digest-queued alerts also appear in the inbox with a "Queued for digest" label — see Alert digest mode.
Set how many failed checks are required before triggering an alert. Default is 1 (immediate alert). Set to 2 or 3 to reduce false positives from temporary network issues.
