Active — Incident detected, alerts sent

Acknowledged — Team member signals they're on it

Investigating — Notes being added as team diagnoses

Resolved — Issue fixed, incident closed

Click Acknowledge on any active incident. This tells your team someone is handling it.

After resolution, click Write Postmortem to document root cause, impact, timeline, and action items.
