Permanently delete your LemWatch account and all associated data.

How to Delete Your Account

Before You Delete

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before proceeding, consider:

• Exporting any reports or data you want to keep (Export Guide)
• Cancelling your subscription first (to avoid billing issues)
• Removing team members (they'll lose access immediately)

Steps to Delete

1. Go to Settings → Account
2. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
3. Click "Delete Account"
4. Type your email address to confirm
5. Click "Permanently Delete"

What Gets Deleted

• Your user profile and login credentials
• All monitored sites and their historical data
• Alert configurations and notification history
• Reports, baselines, and playbooks
• API keys
• Team/organisation data (if you're the owner)

What Happens to Your Team

If you're an organisation owner:

• Transfer ownership to another admin before deleting
• Or the organisation and all its data will be deleted with your account

If you're a member (not owner):

• You're removed from the organisation
• The organisation and its data remain intact

Data Retention

After deletion:

• Your data is purged from our systems within 30 days
• Backups are purged within 90 days
• This complies with GDPR right-to-erasure requirements
