    Permanently delete your LemWatch account and all associated data.

    How to Delete Your Account#

    Before You Delete#

    Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before proceeding, consider:

  1. Exporting any reports or data you want to keep (Export Guide)
  2. Cancelling your subscription first (to avoid billing issues)
  3. Removing team members (they'll lose access immediately)

    4. Steps to Delete#

  4. Go to Settings → Account
  5. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  6. Click "Delete Account"
  7. Type your email address to confirm
  8. Click "Permanently Delete"

    9. What Gets Deleted#

  9. Your user profile and login credentials
  10. All monitored sites and their historical data
  11. Alert configurations and notification history
  12. Reports, baselines, and playbooks
  13. API keys
  14. Team/organisation data (if you're the owner)

    15. What Happens to Your Team#

    If you're an organisation owner:

  15. Transfer ownership to another admin before deleting
  16. Or the organisation and all its data will be deleted with your account

    17. If you're a member (not owner):

  17. You're removed from the organisation
  18. The organisation and its data remain intact

    19. Data Retention#

    After deletion:

  19. Your data is purged from our systems within 30 days
  20. Backups are purged within 90 days
  21. This complies with GDPR right-to-erasure requirements
