    How to Change Your Email or Password#

    Changing Your Display Name#

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Edit the Display Name field
  3. Click "Update"
  4. Your new name appears across the app immediately

    5. Changing Your Password#

  5. Go to Settings → Account
  6. Click "Change Password"
  7. Enter your current password
  8. Enter and confirm your new password
  9. Click "Update Password"

    10. Password requirements:

  10. Minimum 8 characters
  11. At least one uppercase letter
  12. At least one number
  13. At least one special character

    14. Changing Your Email Address#

  14. Go to Settings → Account
  15. Click "Change Email"
  16. Enter your new email address
  17. A verification link is sent to the new email
  18. Click the verification link to confirm the change

    19. Note: You'll receive a notification at your old email address about the change for security purposes.

    Forgot Your Password?#

  19. Go to the login page
  20. Click "Forgot password?"
  21. Enter your email address
  22. Check your inbox for a reset link
  23. Click the link and set a new password

    24. The reset link expires after 1 hour. Request a new one if it expires.
