How to Change Your Email or Password

Changing Your Display Name

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Edit the Display Name field
  3. Click "Update"
  4. Your new name appears across the app immediately

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Changing Your Email Address

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Click "Change Email"
  3. Enter your new email address
  4. A verification link is sent to the new email
  5. Click the verification link to confirm the change

Note: You'll receive a notification at your old email address about the change for security purposes.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your inbox for a reset link
  5. Click the link and set a new password

The reset link expires after 1 hour. Request a new one if it expires.
