How to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Changing Your Plan
Upgrading
Go to Settings → Billing or visit the Pricing page
Click "Upgrade" on the plan you want
Enter payment details (powered by Stripe)
New features are available immediately
Downgrading
Go to Settings → Billing
Click "Change Plan"
Select the lower tier
Changes take effect at the end of your billing period
If you exceed the new plan's limits (e.g., too many sites), you'll be prompted to remove excess sites
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
Annual vs Monthly
Annual billing saves ~21%. Switch in Settings → Billing by toggling the billing period. The difference is prorated.
