What to watch out for
There is no simple three-tier plan — you assemble a bill from units: $25 per 10 monitors, $20 per 10 heartbeats, $34 per responder seat, plus per-GB ingestion for logs, metrics and traces.
On-call and incident management is charged per seat on top of monitoring, so a five-person rota adds $170/mo before you have monitored anything extra.
Status page white-labelling, password protection, IP allowlisting and SSO are each priced separately, between roughly $42 and $250 a month per feature.
Annual billing shaves about 15–22% depending on the product line, so the monthly figures on the page are the worst case rather than the going rate.
