Status Page Email Subscribers
Let visitors subscribe to email updates directly from your public status page. Whenever you post an incident or LemWatch detects downtime, confirmed subscribers get an email within seconds.
How It Works
Enable subscriptions in Status Pages → [your page] → Settings → Subscribers.
The status page renders an email subscription form in the header.
Users enter their email and receive a double opt-in confirmation link.
Confirmed subscribers get automatic notifications for new incidents, status changes, and scheduled maintenance windows.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link (CAN-SPAM / GDPR compliant).
What Subscribers Receive
Incident opened — service name, impact level, initial update
Incident updated — every subsequent status update you post
Incident resolved — resolution summary and duration
Scheduled maintenance — 24h and 1h reminders (configurable)
Managing Subscribers
Export the subscriber list as CSV, remove abusive addresses, and view delivery stats (opens, bounces, unsubscribes) from Status Pages → Subscribers.
Plan Availability
Included on Pro (up to 500 subscribers per page) and Agency (unlimited). LTD Pro/Agency inherit the same limits as their monthly equivalents.
FAQ
Can subscribers pick which incidents they receive? Yes — if your status page has multiple components (API, dashboard, marketing), subscribers can choose per-component in the confirmation email.
