    SLA Tracking#

    Agency Plan Feature#

Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for uptime and performance, then track compliance automatically.

    How to Set Up#

  1. Go to your site's Settings → SLA
  2. Define your SLA targets:
  3. Uptime target — e.g., 99.9% (allows ~43 minutes downtime/month)
  4. Response time target — e.g., < 500ms average
  5. Performance score target — e.g., minimum 80/100
  6. Set the reporting period (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
  7. Save your SLA configuration
  8. SLA Dashboard#

View all your SLA commitments in one place at /sla-dashboard:

  9. Current compliance status for each site
  10. Days remaining in the reporting period
  11. Projected compliance based on current trends
  12. Historical SLA performance
  13. SLA Targets Reference#

    SLA Breach Alerts#

When a site's uptime drops below the SLA target, LemWatch sends a Critical alert immediately so you can take action before the reporting period ends.

    Client Reporting#

Include SLA compliance data in your PDF reports and client dashboards to demonstrate service quality.
