    What it does#

  1. Excludes the boxed region from both pixel diff and text diff
  2. Applies the mask to every future capture on that page
  3. Shows the mask overlay on all historical screenshots so you can audit it

    Visual Monitoring → [page] → Ignore zones → click Draw zone.

    How to add one#

  4. Open the page in Visual Monitoring.
  5. Click Ignore zones → Draw zone.
  6. Drag on the screenshot to cover the noisy region.
  7. Name it (e.g. "Cookie banner") so you remember why it's masked.
  8. Click Save. The mask applies on the next capture.
