Save and reuse your favourite dashboard filters for one-click access.
Filter Presets
Stop re-configuring the same filters every time. Save your most-used filter combinations as presets for one-click access.
Creating a Preset
- Set up your filters on the dashboard (status, tags, groups, score range, etc.)
- Click the "Save as Preset" button in the filter bar
- Give it a name (e.g., "Critical Production Sites", "WordPress Clients")
- Optionally add a description
- Click Save
Using Presets
- Presets appear as quick-access chips below the filter bar
- Click any preset to instantly apply its filters
- The active preset is highlighted so you always know which view you're using
Managing Presets
- Edit — Click the pencil icon to update filters or rename
- Set as default — Make a preset load automatically when you open the dashboard
- Delete — Remove presets you no longer need

Tips
- Each team member has their own presets — they're personal
- Combine with Groups for powerful organisation: Group by client, then preset by issue type
