# Site24x7 pricing explained

> Site24x7 starts at $10/mo ($9 billed annually) for 25 websites on Web Uptime, rising to $49/mo for Professional and $749/mo for Enterprise, with a free-forever tier that monitors uptime on up to 50 resources via email alerts only.

## Plans

- Web Uptime — $10/mo. 25 websites, 1-minute polling, 32 monitoring locations, 3 status pages
- Lite (infrastructure track) — $10/mo. 2 servers, 5 websites, 25 child resources monitored
- Professional — $49/mo. 5 servers, 1 application, network config and vulnerability add-ons in larger packs
- Enterprise — $749/mo. Custom scale across tracks, AIOps and anomaly detection, quote for final pricing
- Enterprise Plus (web) — $999/mo. Top published web monitoring package, highest resource and location allowances

## Free tier

Site24x7 has a free-forever plan covering uptime for up to 50 resources, but alerting is limited to email — no SMS or voice.

## What to watch out for

- Site24x7 sells four parallel product tracks — Website, Infrastructure, All-in-One and MSP — each with its own ladder and near-identical $10/$9 entry prices but very different included resources, so it is easy to price the wrong plan.
- Capacity beyond a plan's included counts is sold à la carte per resource type (basic monitors from 10 for $10 up to 500 for $450; host monitors 10 for $110), and the unit price climbs with faster polling.
- Cloud and PaaS resource monitoring is billed on top of any base plan, starting around $1 per resource per month.
- AIOps and anomaly detection sit behind Enterprise, and the fastest polling published on the entry web plan is one minute.
