- Professional — $9.95/mo. 30 uptime + 30 server monitors, 1-minute checks, 6 locations, 5 sub-accounts, 25 phone/SMS credits a month
- Business — $19.95/mo. 60 uptime + 60 server monitors, 9 locations, full white label, 20 sub-accounts, 50 phone/SMS credits a month
- Enterprise — $49.95/mo. 200 uptime + 200 server monitors, 12 locations, 20 white-label domains, 50,000 API calls, 125 phone/SMS credits a month

## Free tier

 HetrixTools has a free-for-life uptime plan: 15 uptime monitors, 15 server monitors, 1-minute checks from 4 locations, unlimited report history and unlimited public status pages.

## What to watch out for

- Plan tiers are limited by quantity, not features: 1-minute checks, SSL expiry, domain expiry and nameserver change detection are included even on the free plan, so paying only buys more monitors, locations and credits.
- Phone and SMS notifications come out of a monthly credit pot (25, 50 or 125 depending on tier) and extra credits are charged at $0.1 each, so noisy alerting adds a variable bill on top of the flat price.
- White labelling is only partial on Free and Professional — full white label plus 10 or 20 custom status-page domains starts on the $19.95 Business plan.
- Sub-accounts for client access are not available on the free plan at all, so agencies handing dashboards to clients are pushed to a paid tier regardless of monitor count.
