# Migrating from Site24x7 to Lemwatch

> Site24x7's REST API lists every monitor on the account with GET https://www.site24x7.com/api/monitors, and supports narrowing the pull with a monitor_ids filter.

## Exporting your monitors

 Call GET https://www.site24x7.com/api/monitors with a Zoho OAuth token. The documented curl examples return the full monitor objects; add ?monitor_ids=... when you only want a subset, which is useful if you are migrating one client at a time.

## Exporting your history

 Site24x7 documents monitor-level report endpoints in the same API reference, but we could not isolate a confirmed historical-uptime export endpoint on 4 August 2026. Plan on downloading the reports you care about from the UI before you leave.

## Things that catch people out

- Authentication goes through Zoho OAuth rather than a simple API key, so allow time to register a client and mint a refresh token before the export itself.
- Site24x7 counts many resource types as monitors — website, server, APM — so filter the export to the web checks you actually intend to move, or you will import server agents you cannot recreate.
- No public post-cancellation retention statement was verifiable on 4 August 2026, so keep your own copy of any compliance reports you have relied on.
