# Monitoring alerts, wherever you work

## Alert channels

- Slack alerts — Lemwatch posts uptime, SSL, performance and SEO alerts straight into any Slack channel using an incoming webhook. It is included on every plan, including the free one, with no message limit.
- Discord alerts — Lemwatch sends downtime and site-health alerts to a Discord channel through a channel webhook, colour-coded by severity. It works on every plan, including free, with no message cap.
- Telegram alerts — Lemwatch can message you on Telegram the moment a site goes down, using your own bot. You supply a bot token and a chat ID; delivery is unlimited on every plan, including free.
- Microsoft Teams alerts — Lemwatch posts site-health alerts into a Microsoft Teams channel through an incoming webhook. It is available on every plan, including free, with no per-message charge.
- Google Chat alerts — Lemwatch delivers downtime and recovery alerts into a Google Chat space using a space webhook. It is unlimited on every plan, including free.
- PagerDuty alerts — Lemwatch raises PagerDuty incidents through the Events API v2 and resolves them automatically when the site recovers, so on-call rotation, escalation and acknowledgement all stay in PagerDuty.
- Custom webhooks alerts — Lemwatch can POST a JSON payload to any URL you control when a site changes state, which is how you connect it to Zapier, Make, n8n, an internal service or a tool with no native integration.

 Chat channels cost nothing to deliver, so they are unlimited on every plan including the free one. PagerDuty, which raises and auto-resolves real incidents against your on-call rotation, is a paid-plan feature.

 Most teams run several channels at once: chat for day-to-day noise, paging for the outages that must wake someone, and a webhook feeding their own automation in Zapier, Make, n8n or an internal service.

## For developers and AI assistants

 The REST monitoring API returns site, uptime, response time, SSL and incident data as JSON and can trigger a check on demand. The hosted MCP server exposes the same data to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients, with a confirmation step before any action.
