- Outbound links to dead third-party pages

- Redirect chains longer than 2 hops

- Mixed HTTP/HTTPS internal links

- Anchor-only links ( # ) and mailto: typos

## Where to find it in Lemwatch

**/tools/broken-link-checker** — public. Signed-in users can schedule recurring scans and get email diffs.

## How to use it

- Enter your homepage URL as the starting point.

- Set crawl depth (default 2 pages).

- Click Start scan .

- Filter results by status code or link type.

- Export CSV or click Monitor to run this daily inside Lemwatch.
