# How do I change my timezone and date format?

> Set your timezone in Settings → Profile so dashboards, alerts, and reports show times in your local clock.

## Quick answer

Go to **Settings → Profile → Timezone** and pick your IANA zone (e.g., Europe/London ). All dashboard timestamps, alert emails, quiet hours, and PDF reports switch to that zone immediately.

## What updates when you change timezone

- Dashboard charts and timestamps

- Alert email subject lines and bodies

- Quiet hours window

- Scheduled report delivery time

- CSV export timestamps

## Where to find it in Lemwatch

 **Settings → Profile → Timezone**.

## FAQ

### Can each user pick their own timezone?

 Yes — timezone is per-user, not per-org.

### What about daylight saving?

Handled automatically since we use IANA zones.
