# Microsoft Teams Integration

## Microsoft Teams Integration

### Pro Plan and Above

 LemWatch supports two Teams delivery modes. We **auto-detect** which one the URL belongs to and format the payload accordingly.

 Mode — URL host — Payload — Status —

 **Workflows** (recommended) — *.logic.azure.com — Adaptive Card 1.4 — Active —

 **Legacy O365 connector** — outlook.office.com / webhook.office.com — MessageCard — **Being retired by Microsoft** —

 If you paste a legacy URL, LemWatch still delivers it and writes a deprecation_notice flag to your notification logs so you can plan a migration.

### Setup — Workflows (recommended)

- In Teams, open the target channel → ⋯ → Workflows .

- Search for the template "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" .

- Pick the team and channel, finish the wizard, and copy the generated HTTP POST URL (it lives under prod-XX.<region>.logic.azure.com ).

- In LemWatch: Settings → Notifications → Teams webhook → paste and save.

- Click Send test to confirm.

### Setup — Legacy O365 connector (only if Workflows is blocked)

- In Teams, open the channel → ⋯ → Connectors → Incoming Webhook → Configure .

- Name it "LemWatch Alerts", upload an icon if you like, and copy the URL.

- Paste into Settings → Notifications → Teams webhook .

- Plan to migrate to Workflows before Microsoft's retirement deadline.

### Message Format

- Workflows: Adaptive Card with severity-coloured header, site name, URL, metric values, and a "View in LemWatch" button.

- Legacy: MessageCard with the same content rendered in the older Teams style.

### Per-Site Configuration

 Route different sites to different channels — set the override under **Edit Site → Notifications**.
