### Choosing the Right Role

- Owner — The account creator. Full control including billing. Only one per organisation.

- Admin — Full operational access. Can manage team and settings. Ideal for team leads.

- Editor — Can add sites, run checks, and configure alerts. Ideal for team members doing day-to-day work.

- Viewer — Read-only access. Perfect for clients, stakeholders, or junior team members who need visibility.
