## Team Presence & Online Status

### Agency Plan Feature

 See at a glance which team members are currently online and actively monitoring your sites.

### How It Works

- Team member avatars appear in the sidebar with status indicators

- Green dot — Currently active in LemWatch

- Yellow dot — Idle (no activity in 5+ minutes)

- Grey dot — Offline

### Why It Matters

- Know who's available to respond to incidents

- Avoid duplicate work when multiple team members are online

- Coordinate shift handoffs with confidence

- Identify coverage gaps during off-hours

### Where to See It

- Sidebar — Team member avatars with status dots

- Team page — Full list with last active timestamps

- Incident view — See who else is looking at the same incident

### Privacy

- Presence is only visible to members of your organisation

- Individual team members can set themselves as "Away" manually

- Activity details (which pages they're viewing) are not shared
