### Agency Plan Feature

 Define Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets for uptime and performance, then track compliance automatically.

### How to Set Up

- Go to your site's Settings → SLA

- Define your SLA targets:

- Uptime target — e.g., 99.9% (allows ~43 minutes downtime/month)

- Response time target — e.g., < 500ms average

- Performance score target — e.g., minimum 80/100

- Set the reporting period (monthly, quarterly, or annual)

- Save your SLA configuration

### SLA Dashboard

 View all your SLA commitments in one place at **/sla-dashboard**:

- Current compliance status for each site

- Days remaining in the reporting period

- Projected compliance based on current trends

- Historical SLA performance

### SLA Breach Alerts

 When a site's uptime drops below the SLA target, LemWatch sends a **Critical** alert immediately so you can take action before the reporting period ends.
