# SLA Dashboard

> View SLA compliance across all your sites in one place.

## SLA Dashboard

### What Is It?

 The SLA Dashboard provides a unified view of Service Level Agreement compliance across all your monitored sites. See which sites are meeting their SLA targets and which are at risk.

### How to Access

 Click **SLA Dashboard** in the sidebar (requires Agency plan or above with SLA tracking enabled).

### Dashboard Layout

- Compliance Overview — Pie chart showing percentage of sites meeting SLA vs. at risk vs. breached

- Site-by-Site Table — Each site with its SLA target, current uptime, and compliance status

- Trend Charts — Monthly SLA compliance over the past 12 months

- Incident Log — Downtime incidents that impacted SLA compliance

### Status Indicators

- 🟢 Compliant — Currently meeting the SLA target with comfortable margin

- 🟡 At Risk — Close to breaching the SLA target

- 🔴 Breached — Below the SLA target for the current period

### Reporting

 Export SLA compliance data for client reporting:

- Include in PDF reports

- Share via client dashboards

- Export as CSV for custom analysis

### Setting Up SLAs

 To use the SLA Dashboard, first define SLA targets for your sites. See [SLA Tracking](https://lemwatch.com/help/sla-tracking) for setup instructions.
