# Choosing a screenshot schedule

## Quick answer

 Hourly for pricing and checkout, daily for marketing pages, weekly for legal and about pages. Higher frequency uses more of your plan's capture quota.

- How quickly you'll be alerted after a change

- How much of your monthly capture allowance the page consumes

- Hourly — pricing pages, checkout flows, promo banners.

- Every 6 hours — homepages, high-traffic landing pages.

- Daily — feature pages, blog index.

- Weekly — terms, privacy, about, careers.

- Save. Change any time without losing baseline.

### How does frequency affect billing?

 Each capture counts against your plan's monthly quota. Hourly on 5 pages = 3,600 captures/month.

### Can I pause captures without deleting the monitor?

 Yes — toggle **Paused** on the page. Baseline is preserved.
