# Scheduled Reports

> Automate report delivery on a weekly or monthly schedule.

## Scheduled Reports

### Agency Plan Feature

 Automatically send PDF reports to clients or stakeholders on a recurring schedule.

### How to Set Up

- Go to Reports → Scheduled Reports

- Click "Create Schedule"

- Choose the site(s) to include

- Set frequency: Weekly (every Monday) or Monthly (1st of each month)

- Add recipient email addresses

- Optionally select your white-label branding preset

- Click "Save Schedule"

### What Gets Sent

 Recipients receive an email with:

- Summary of the reporting period

- Attached PDF report (white-labelled if configured)

- Quick-glance metrics in the email body

### Managing Schedules

- View all active schedules in Reports → Scheduled Reports

- Pause, edit, or delete schedules at any time

- View delivery history and open rates
