# Quick Start Guide

## Quick Start Guide

 Welcome to LemWatch — your all-in-one website monitoring platform. Here's how to start in under 5 minutes.

### 1. Create Your Account

 Sign up free at lemwatch.com . No credit card needed. You get 10 sites on the Free plan.

### 2. Add Your First Site

 Click **"Add Site"** from the dashboard. Enter your URL (e.g., https://example.com ). LemWatch auto-detects your site's CMS, robots.txt, sitemaps, and hosting provider.

### 3. Wait for Your First Check

 Within 2 minutes, LemWatch runs 45+ checks across four categories:

- Uptime — HTTP response, DNS resolution, SSL validity

- Performance — Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP) on mobile and desktop

- Security — Security headers, mixed content, malware scanning

- SEO — Meta tags, indexation health, broken links, content freshness

### 4. Set Up Alerts

 Go to **Settings → Notifications**. Email alerts are on by default. Add any of the **11 supported channels** (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Telegram, Google Chat, Mattermost, Rocket.Chat, ntfy, PagerDuty, generic webhook, or browser push) — see the [channels overview](https://lemwatch.com/help/notification-channels-overview).

### 5. Take the Guided Tour

 When you first log in, LemWatch offers an **interactive guided tour** that walks you through the dashboard, site details, alerts, and reports. You can also restart it anytime from your profile menu.

### 6. Explore the Dashboard

 Each site shows a health score (0–100). Click any site for detailed metrics, trend charts, and actionable fix recommendations ranked by priority.
