## PagerDuty Integration

### Agency Plan Feature

 Connect LemWatch to PagerDuty for professional on-call incident management with escalation policies.

### Setup

- Go to Settings → Notifications → PagerDuty

- Click "Connect PagerDuty"

- Enter your PagerDuty Integration Key (from PagerDuty → Services → Integrations)

- Map LemWatch alert severities to PagerDuty urgencies

- Send a test incident to verify

### How It Works

- Critical alerts (site down, security vulnerability) → trigger PagerDuty incidents

- Warning alerts → create low-urgency incidents (configurable)

- Resolved alerts → automatically resolve the PagerDuty incident

### Severity Mapping

 LemWatch Severity — PagerDuty Urgency —

 Critical 🔴 — High (pages on-call) —

 Warning 🟡 — Low (email only) —

 Info 🔵 — Suppressed (optional) —

### Best Practices

- Only route critical alerts to PagerDuty to avoid on-call fatigue

- Use PagerDuty escalation policies for multi-tier response

- Combine with Alert Routing for granular control

- Set up Incident Handoffs for shift changes
