# Where do I download invoices and receipts?

> Every payment generates a PDF invoice available in Settings → Billing → Invoices, and a copy is emailed to your billing contact.

## Quick answer

 Go to **Settings → Billing → Invoices** for a list of every past charge with a PDF download. Invoices are also emailed to the billing contact on the day the charge succeeds.

## What appears on the invoice

- Company name and VAT ID (if provided)

- Plan and seat breakdown

- Proration for mid-cycle changes

- Applied discounts / coupons

- Payment method last-4

## Where to find it in Lemwatch
