> Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve incidents with your team.

## Incident Management Workflow

 When a site goes down, Lemwatch creates an incident automatically. Your team can manage it through a structured workflow.

### Workflow States

- Active — Incident detected, alerts sent

- Acknowledged — Team member signals they're on it

- Investigating — Notes being added as team diagnoses

- Resolved — Issue fixed, incident closed

### Acknowledging Incidents

 Click **Acknowledge** on any active incident. This tells your team someone is handling it.

### Postmortems

 After resolution, click **Write Postmortem** to document root cause, impact, timeline, and action items.
