# Guided Onboarding Tour

> Take an interactive walkthrough of LemWatch's key features.

## Guided Onboarding Tour

 When you first log in to LemWatch, you'll see a **Welcome Modal** offering three paths:

### Tour Options

- Take the Tour — A step-by-step interactive walkthrough that highlights key features with spotlight overlays and tooltips

- Add Your First Site — Jump straight to monitoring setup

- Explore on My Own — Dismiss and explore freely

### What the Tour Covers

 The guided tour walks you through:

- Dashboard overview — Understanding health scores, status indicators, and the site grid

- Site details — How to drill into a specific site's metrics

- Adding sites — The quick-add flow and auto-detection

- Alerts — Setting up notifications for downtime and issues

- Reports — Generating and scheduling PDF reports

- Fleet Health — The portfolio-wide overview for managing multiple sites

### Navigation

- Click Next to advance, or press Enter

- Click Back to revisit a step, or press ←

- Press Esc or click Skip at any time to exit

- The tour auto-advances if you interact with the highlighted element

### Feature Discovery Hotspots

 After completing the tour (or skipping it), you'll notice **pulsing beacons** on features you haven't explored yet. Click them for a quick explanation. Hotspots disappear once you've interacted with the feature.

### Restarting the Tour

 To retake the tour at any time:

- Click your avatar in the top-right corner

- Select "Restart Tour" from the menu

- Or go to Settings → Preferences → Restart Guided Tour

### For Team Members

 When you invite a team member, they get their own onboarding experience tailored to their role. Admins see all features; viewers see a simplified tour focused on dashboards and reports.
