# Daily Briefing & Priority Dashboard

> Start each day with a summary of what needs attention across your sites.

## Daily Briefing & Priority Dashboard

 Stop checking sites one by one. The Daily Briefing gives you a prioritised summary of everything that needs your attention.

### What's in the Daily Briefing

- Critical issues — Sites that are down or have urgent security problems

- New warnings — Issues that appeared since your last login

- Resolved issues — Problems that have been fixed (celebrate the wins!)

- Score changes — Sites whose health scores changed significantly

- Upcoming expirations — SSL certificates and domains expiring soon

- Performance trends — Sites trending better or worse over the past 7 days

### Priority Dashboard

 The Priority Dashboard ranks issues by **impact and urgency**:

 Priority — Examples —

 🔴 **Critical** — Site down, SSL expired, security breach detected —

 🟠 **High** — Performance degraded, broken links on key pages, score dropped 10+ points —

 🟡 **Medium** — New SEO warnings, image optimisation opportunities —

 🟢 **Low** — Minor improvements, informational updates —

### Email Digest

 Optionally receive your Daily Briefing via email every morning:

- Go to Settings → Notifications

- Enable "Daily Digest"

- Choose your preferred delivery time

### Best Practices

- Review the Daily Briefing first thing each morning

- Tackle critical items immediately — they affect real users

- Use the "Acknowledge" button to mark items you've seen

- Delegate items by creating incident handoffs for team members
