## Bulk Operations

### Agency Plan Feature

 Manage large numbers of sites efficiently with batch actions.

### Available Bulk Actions

- Run checks — Trigger immediate checks on selected sites

- Export reports — Generate PDF reports for multiple sites at once

- Update settings — Change check frequency, alert preferences, or tags for multiple sites

- Assign to group — Move selected sites to a different group

- Move to trash — Remove multiple sites at once

- Enable/disable maintenance — Toggle maintenance mode for a set of sites

### How to Use

- On the dashboard, select sites using the checkboxes

- A bulk action bar appears at the bottom of the screen

- Choose your action

- Confirm and execute

### Keyboard Shortcuts

- Shift + Click — Select a range of sites

- Ctrl/Cmd + A — Select all visible sites

- Escape — Clear selection
