 Autopilot ships with ~15 pre-built actions, grouped by risk: **safe** (run automatically), **medium** (suggest by default), **manual** (require confirmation).

## Safe (auto by default)

- Re-check on suspected false positive

- Acknowledge flapping incidents

- Enrich alert with recent deploy / DNS change context

- Post plain-English summary to Slack thread

- Snooze during declared maintenance windows

## Medium (suggest by default)

- Route incident to on-call teammate

- Escalate after N minutes unacknowledged

- Open a Linear / Jira ticket

- Adjust check frequency during a suspected outage

## Manual (approval required)

- Pause monitoring for a site

- Change severity threshold on a rule

- Bulk-close matching incidents
