# Activity Log

> View a complete audit trail of all actions taken in your workspace.

## Activity Log

### Agency Plan Feature

 The Activity Log provides a complete audit trail of every action taken in your LemWatch workspace.

### What's Logged

- Site actions — Site added, edited, deleted, checks triggered

- Alert actions — Alerts acknowledged, dismissed, settings changed

- Team actions — Members invited, roles changed, members removed

- Settings changes — Notification preferences, billing changes, integrations connected/disconnected

- Report actions — Reports generated, exported, scheduled

### Viewing the Log

- Go to Activity from the sidebar

- Browse the chronological feed of all actions

- Filter by:

- User — See actions by a specific team member

- Action type — Focus on specific categories (site, alert, team, etc.)

- Date range — Narrow to a specific time period

- Site — See all actions related to a specific site

### Log Details

 Each entry shows:

- Who — The team member who performed the action

- What — The specific action taken

- When — Timestamp with timezone

- Where — Which site or entity was affected

- Details — Additional context (old/new values for changes)

### Retention

 Activity logs are retained for:

- Pro: 30 days

- Agency: 90 days

- Enterprise: 365 days
