# How do I export all my account data?

> Request a full account export from Settings → Data and receive a downloadable ZIP with sites, checks, incidents, and reports.

## Quick answer

 Open **Settings → Data → Export**, click **Request Export**, and Lemwatch prepares a ZIP with every site, check history, incident, and report. You get an email download link within 15 minutes.

## What's in the export

- sites.json — all monitored sites

- checks.csv — 90 days of check history

- incidents.json — full incident timeline

- reports/ — every generated PDF

- settings.json — alert rules, integrations (secrets redacted)

### How long is the link valid?

 72 hours, then a fresh export is required.

### Can I export more than 90 days of check history?

 Pro+ plans include full history.
